After trying several other plumbing companies around Lancaster and not getting the results I hoped for, I finally called Anthony & Sons Plumbing. Since then, they’re the only plumbers I trust and recommend. Their response time is always quick, and they’re upfront and honest about what needs fixing and what it will cost—no hidden charges. Jeff, in particular, was great; he explained what might cost more before doing any extra work, so there were no surprises. Every time they've come out, they only charged me once, and that was after checking out a leak and giving me helpful advice on what to do next. A lot of other companies charge just for showing up, but not them. I really appreciate the way they do business—other plumbing services could learn a lot from them!

We recently had a wonderful experience with a local plumbing service when our building had a gas leak. Their team responded quickly—two plumbers, Gerald and Norman, arrived in no time and even volunteered to put in extra hours to get everything fixed. They were professional, efficient, and friendly, making sure our gas lines were safe and working again in just a couple of hours. The office staff was also extremely helpful and made the paperwork process simple, so we could get everything back to normal for our preschool. Their attention to detail and great communication made the whole situation much less stressful. We were really impressed with the quality of their plumbing work and the excellent customer service. If you need a reliable plumber in the area, I highly recommend this team for their skill and dedication!

Anthony & Sons Plumbing did an outstanding job with my recent plumbing issue in Lancaster. I had a problem with my water heater, and they were quick to respond, showing up at my house the same day I called. Diego was professional, courteous, and made sure to protect my floors while working. He was also very thorough in cleaning up before leaving. What impressed me most was the time taken to answer all my questions, not just about the water heater, but also about a few other plumbing concerns I had around the house. It’s rare to find a plumber who explains their pricing clearly and follows through on what they promise. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciate how efficiently everything was handled. If you need a reliable plumber, I definitely recommend giving them a call!

We hired Anthony & Sons Plumbing after a friend recommended them to handle all the plumbing work for our basement remodel in our old 1930's home in Lancaster. As you can imagine, working on plumbing in a house that old comes with its own set of surprises and challenges! We actually switched to them in the middle of the project because our previous plumber wasn’t meeting our expectations, and it turned out to be the best decision. From start to finish, the team was very professional, polite, and kept us in the loop about everything. Jeff managed our project, and the crew did a fantastic job—they were quick, efficient, and always respectful of our home, even when we had last-minute requests. They handled all the basement rough-ins, updated the old pipes to modern materials, and installed a smart-looking control panel. They also rerouted some upstairs lines, put in a new water heater, and took care of connecting all our fixtures—showers, bathroom faucets, toilets, fireplace, water heater, furnace, and more. Pricing was straightforward and fair, and I never felt pressured or overcharged. Even when they had to come back to fix a shower fixture issue (which was actually because of a part we bought ourselves), they spent several hours making it right at no extra cost. This is a dependable team with real expertise. We’re very happy with their work and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs in Lancaster.

The day after I called for help, Gerald arrived early and was fantastic! He took the time to explain how my water heater works and helped me understand what was wrong. Gerald was very knowledgeable, and I ended up learning a lot about my plumbing system. He even suggested some unique venting solutions that fit my home perfectly. I really appreciated that he was honest and didn’t try to sell me parts I didn’t need. The quick response and trustworthy service made a big difference. I highly recommend this plumbing company and will definitely call them again if I have any plumbing issues in the future!

I had to call Anthony & Sons Plumbing three different times for slab leaks under my house. Each time, they did a great job finding and fixing the issue, which saved me money over time. The third time I needed help, they gave me a nice discount since I had become a regular customer. On one occasion, Gerald came out and fixed a leak, but the problem came back after a while. When I needed help again, the plumber made sure everything was taken care of, and I haven’t had any issues since. Another time, I was told by a different company that my leak was in the yard and repairs would be really expensive. To be sure, I had Anthony & Sons Plumbing double-check, and they found the leak was actually just under the house. They repaired it quickly for a much more reasonable price. Overall, I appreciate their honesty, fair pricing, and reliable service. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done right.

I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company. My husband and I have relied on them in Lancaster for all sorts of plumbing needs, from emergency leaks to routine maintenance checks and even planning ahead for possible future issues. Every time, they’ve gone above and beyond what we expected. The entire crew is friendly, thoughtful, and really know their plumbing stuff. They always treat our home with care—wearing boot covers to keep things clean, and laying down protective paper in the hallways when they’re working on bigger jobs like replacing pipes or installing new fixtures. Most recently, they replaced two water heaters for us. The team worked together smoothly and got the job done efficiently. Even Gerald, the manager, stopped by a few times to make sure everything was on track and to answer any questions we had. We felt like Gerald was genuinely looking out for our family and our budget with his recommendations. We even got a second opinion from another plumber, and it confirmed that Gerald had given us the right advice. Gerald did an excellent job with our plumbing project in Lancaster. He installed a tankless water heater, updated all the piping, and moved the water heater to a better spot in our home. Gerald carefully explained the different options available and made sure we understood why certain choices were best for our situation. He made sure everything was up to code and finished the work quickly and neatly. We really appreciated that he even came out on a Saturday to make sure we had hot water again as soon as possible. The pricing was very fair, and I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs!

we've relied on anthony & sons plumbing for all our plumbing and heating needs for several years now, and they always deliver top-notch service at unbeatable prices. norman has handled everything from annual boiler maintenance and installing a new boiler and burner, to putting in a new hot water tank, capping off gas lines, and fixing leaks. we're even planning to have our well tank replaced soon. even when we've needed to make changes to our original plans, norman has managed to get everything installed quickly—sometimes just days after we called. the quality of the work is excellent, and we've never had any issues. truly one of the best plumbing teams in lancaster!
